Are you selling the items on your site, or do I need to bring in something for engraving?
Some items shown on the site are ready-to-purchase (like Rhea eggshells). Check our Gallery to see custom orders. We included the cost of each custom order to help with your estimate. If you have something you want engraved, we will work with you on a design and your budget and send an invoice for the final cost.
If I have something I want engraved, how do I get it to you?
You can drop the item off at our workshop or mail it to us. Please call or email us for our address in Huachuca City, AZ, USA. You will bear the cost of shipping to item to us. Please carefully pack your item and obtain insurance coverage. We are not responsible for items damaged upon arrival. Our quote will include return shipping costs. A 50% deposit must be received before we commence work, and the remainder must be received before we return the item engraved.
What if I want something engraved but don't have anything to give you for engraving? Can you come up with something for me?
Yes, we can work with you to come up with an item and a design for engraving. We will collaborate with you on the item and the design and send you an invoice for the cost. We require a minimum 50% deposit or a deposit amount sufficient to cover the cost of the item to be engraved, whichever is higher. We must receive the deposit before we commence working.
What if I don't like the design I received?
We provide a draft design that must be approved before we commence work. If you approved the design, we cannot offer a refund as all items are custom and made-to-order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can provide a quote for international shipping.
